Konkan Still is Chef Vasquito's love letter to the Konkan coast — bottled in his kitchen in Anabar, Old Goa. Our Chorizo Jam is made from the finest Goan cured chorizo, sourced with care and slow-cooked with sweet caramelised onions and warming spices until every jar is rich with flavour.
