Konkan Still is a condiment brand founded by @abyshakes, dedicated to crafting small-batch flavours inspired by the Konkan Coast. This rugged western shoreline begins south of Mumbai in Maharashtra, flows through Goa, and continues along coastal Karnataka before meeting the Malabar Coast in northern Kerala. Shaped by monsoon rhythms, coconut groves, laterite soil, native spices, abundant seafood, and time-honoured land-based meat traditions, the region defines the spirit of every jar. Each product is slowly prepared with care in Anabar, Old Goa, in the kitchen of Chef Vasquito.
